This is the first time a Vietnamese CEO received this prestigious Gold award. Ms. Thuc Anh is recognized for her leadership commitment to promote \u2018Empathy\u2019 and \u2018Zero Harm\u2019 practice in Hanh Phuc International hospital. She implemented an innovative program \u2018Gemba Power Walk\u2019 (Japanese word- \u2018Gemba\u2019 means \u201cthe real place\u201d), a tool first time practice in hospital industry to endorse empathy and ensure excellence safety culture for patient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/vidunet.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/04\/image-39.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2247\"\/><figcaption>Ms. Nguyen Thuc Anh, CEO of Hanh Phuc Internation Hospital\nwas awarded \u201cHospital CEO of the Year\u201d Gold award\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides, Hanh Phuc International Hospital also received\nanother&nbsp;<strong>Excellence award&nbsp;<\/strong>on&nbsp;<strong>\u2018most improved local\nhospital\u2019<\/strong>&nbsp;in 2019 presented to project&nbsp;<strong>\u201cThe hospital\nidentified six areas for improvement\u201d.&nbsp;<\/strong>The project was implemented\nfrom January, 2018, including six quality improvement programs: [1] Safety\nculture, [2] Risk management, [3] Paediatric food services, [4] Hand hygiene,\n[5] Incident, and [6] Patient Eyes Round.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Thuc Anh said,<em>\u00a0\u201cI am honored to receive two HMA prestigious awards.
